Quick to make the sale no follow up on pets identity

I contacted oneplan

they called a few times to try to sell me the product which i took up was promised a link so I could upload my puppy's picture as per the policy

A lady named Kagiso was quick to make the sale but never sent me the link to get his picture uploaded. QUITE PATHETIC
