Quick and efficient service
Pet Insurance: Extremely rapid service. Immediate responses to email. Consultant, Nathanuel Phillips, was knowledgeable and helpful. RE the policy, I would've liked more in depth info to be made available via email/website, outlining the allowed/disallowed procedures. Non-coverage for pregnancy is also verbally shared, rather than stated in the PDF.
