Quick and Easy Pre Hospital Authorisation for emergency surgery
My dog needed emergency surgery on a Saturday. Staff at One Plan, particularly Kim and Lorraine offered TOP NOTCH service and care. They were both so kind and caring and pushed through the authorisation in less than 30 minutes!!
