Quick and easy claim process - Pet Insurance
I was delighted to be allocated to a Claims Consultant by the name of Elaine Roets who reviewed my claim, got in touch for additional information, and managed to finalize the claim all in one day. Exceptional service delivery. To top it off she took a real interest in my Pet's health and how I am dealing with it also. The personal touch goes a long way. Keep up the good work.
