Queries on policy
I am very happy with One Plan. The only problem I have is that there is not enough funds for medical scripts. I find that the allowance nowhere near covers medicine. Contacting One Plan for queries and claims is a pleasure as they are always so accommodating and helpful. Today I spoke to Zanna Hartley and she was awesome and helped me a lot, what a star. 10/10
