Quality Service Provider - Oneplan

I broke my wrist on a Saturday night and was no where close to any big hospital and when I called Oneplan on Sunday morning, I received authorization to go to the 2 private hospitals in Springs. Without delay the staff called to advise that an operation was needed and I was admitted Sunday morning. The orthopedic surgeon came to see me around 5pm on Sunday and the operation was done by 7pm that same night. I now have a plate in my wrist and no complaints at all. Oneplan made it possible to get the best medical attention when it was most needed. Exceptional quality of service was provided by all the staff members that I dealt with. Thank you, Oneplan.
