PROs and CONs to oneplan pet insurance
Overall great communication and easy to contact with responsive and helpful agents
however issues experienced with the app crashing, and claims not going through.
also lack of transparency - my claim was only covered around 60% with no clarification on short payment until queried - if you are not aware of an illness and it is picked up at a routine visit, they will not cover it unless your dog is admitted which must be processed by cash and claimed back, my dog had an infection which added up to 3400, only 2100 was covered

We are thankful for your positive feedback and do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Hospital risk cover is done slightly differently. If your pet is admitted over night, you can claim for this depending on the incident (either accident or illness)
We will require that the vet fills out claims forms which you can then submit to us along with the invoices. Once assessed & if approved, we will issue a refund into your bank account.
In regards to the issues you're experiencing using our app. Please email *** with your device details and state what version of our app you have so we may escalate this to our IT department to rectify.
