Prompt assistance

After I misplaced my new card and sent a very unhappy email stating I never received it, Siyonela Mcetywa quickly phoned me and assured me it had been sent. She stayed on the phone while I checked my bag and desk, and sure enough I found it (I usually put my new card in my purse immediately but for some unknown reason I hadn't). Thank you Siyonela for your prompt assistance. I have been a Oneplan customer for a few years, and have not had any reason to complain to date.
