After my forth time phoning to ave a debit reversed I was quite frustrated. However Lesley-Ann stayed calm and listened to me and then mailed me a form promptly. I completed it and mailed it back. This friendly agent then took the trouble of sorting the problem herself and als getting back back to me within the our saying the money will be payed into my account within 14 days!
