Professional, sharp and clear call handlers

I had a great experience when I rang through to One Plan on Wednesday. A friendly, calm call handler, Nyabe assisted me with my queries and went through the process without being pushy. She was clear and well spoken and very kind which put me at ease. She arranged for Pet to call me the following day which they did, at the exact time we had agreed upon. The Pet representative Benito was also great. Upbeat but non pushy. Friendly and clued up and guided me through the app effortlessly and answered any questions I had both professionally and without hesitation. So a great joining experience indeed. Happy with the joining process which was made enjoyable by great call handlers!
