Professional and prompt service from OnePlan

I want to take a moment to thank the One Plan team for their prompt and professional work but especially Mr Brave Nyirenda who assisted me in getting quick authorisation last minute for a procedure that had to happen the next day. I made the request after hours as I had a late appointment with the surgeon who advised me that I'll need to have the procedure done early morning. Brave took care of everything, explained what I will need to do afterwards and also wished me the best with the procedure. I'm thankful to his professional work ethic and also warmhearted demeanour.
