I was extremely happy with the telephonic service that I received from Rene ***ley of OnePlan Insurance when she assisted me with payment to my GP for the consultation and script. She was friendly, patient, empathetic (I was feeling very ill at the time!), and professional. To date this has been my experience with any claim both with my health, and my pet insurance.
