Printed invoice
Very disappointed with the new changes of a computerized invoice, I had visited the gp where I had swiped and also received a statement where the gp's detailed are printed on but my details were handwritten and still my claim was not processed. I now have to go back and forth trying to get a printed invoice eventually gp's won't want to see us because these requirements by Oneplan. All the details on the invoice/statement is correct just because my details are hand written and not typed my claim cannot be processed.

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this matter to our attention.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused regarding your Hellopeter posting. Please be assured that we take client feedback seriously and continuously strive to enhance our processes to maintain the highest standards of service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we value your continued trust in Oneplan.
To ensure accuracy and security in our claim transactions, we have implemented a policy requiring computer-generated detailed invoices or statements, along with proof of payment, for claim assessments. This measure is necessary for auditing purposes and to mitigate ********** activity. Due to recent challenges with handwritten invoices, we are no longer able to accept them as valid claim documentation.
Additionally, your updated policy document provides an example of the required detailed invoice under Section 3. We encourage all our clients to review emails and SMS notifications for important updates regarding policy changes to stay informed.
Oneplan adheres to the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and is committed to ensuring fair and equal treatment for all our clients.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize again for any inconvenience caused. Should you require further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards,
Oneplan.
