Price increase of 42.8% due to dogs risk profile
Hi All,
2 weeks ago i made a post on how easy it is to get hold of one plan while that has not change , I cancelled my policy today due a 42% increase in my monthly payments.
Why would they give you benefits and if you use them as needed they penalize you for it?
I will be joining one of their biggest competitors.
I am actually very sad.

The health loading that was added to your policy is based on your current claims ratio. This was app**** uniformly and in a fair manner to all clients whose risk profile has increased.
