Premium Price

Kindly advise why my premium for the professional plan is R693? I received an sms stating that my premium would be R589. <br> <br> I went through my documentation & I see the consultant stated that I had kidney stones, which is not true as I clearly stated to her that I had an operation over 12 years ago where I had to have a cyst removed from my liver. I never had kidney stones, I am stating this as I think that might be the reason for an increased premium. <br> <br> <br> Can you please be so kind as to clarify this premium for my & clearly state what went into the underwriting. I honestly can not at the moment afford that much of a premium, as I did not budget for it. If this can't be rectified for me, than can you please be so kind as to cancel my contract and refund me my money. <br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br>
