Pre authorization
Great service from Oneplan Insurance. Thanks to Brave Nyirenda and Salochini Govender for working late to help me on short notice. Getting every thing sorted for a procedure that my daughter needed. This is the second time Brave Nyirenda has help me with Pre authorization and again he did it with a personal touch and made the prosses so easy with no stress.
