Pre auth - Brave Nyirenda from Oneplan insurance gave great service
I would just like to thank Brave Nyirenda, from the Oneplan pet health insurance, for his outstanding service and help today.
He really went above and beyond to help me process a claim, after hours and during the Christmas season.
He was very helpful and friendly, I do appreciate the speedy and reliable service I got today.
