On Wednesday 16 December 2020 our youngest son got badly injured and we had to take him to casualties at Sunward Park hospital for possible stitches do to the nature of the injury. I immediately contacted Oneplan hospital authorization where I was connected to Brave Nyirenda who assisted me. From the beginning right through to then end of the process and ordeal Brave Nyirenda was super helpful and friendly and assisted in every aspect of the process. He was helpful caring and went out of his way to help by even contacting me to see if our son was helped and taken care of. A lot of people can learn a lot from Brave with regards to great service, helpful and friendliness.......Thank you Brave Nyirenda and also a thank you to One Plan, keep up the great service.
