Poor…Super poor customer and pet service!!!
Don’t even bother reaching out. What a waste of good money spent on OnePlan Pet insurance - they are like all other bad businesses- quick to take your money but very slow to respond to requests to refund and even just to communicate the progress of a claim. I would not recommend them to anyone.
