POOR SERVICE WAITING TIME FOR REFUND UNACCEPTABLE
Their service is appalling. A 7-14 day refund is actually wait as long as we feel like paying you. Claim submitted on 28 March. Still no money paid in.. Suddenly they say no claim was received until the 14 April, when I queried where my money was
