Poor service from One Plan Claims Department

Stay away from this insurance. The premiums might be competitive but believe me you will regret it when you have to claim for an incident. They claim that their process is simple and you can load a claim on their App - not true. The claims department is so unprofessional and never available at their desks to take calls. the claims process is so cumbersome and you might wait up to 10 days just to get feedback.
