Poor service, avoiding claim payments & using policy exclusions incorrectly to serve themselves

Having being with this company for 7 years & minimal claims, my furbaby was itching profusely & self mutilating himself. Samples of his blood were taken & sent for aleergy testing. R5k odd was not paid. They told me its immunotherapy which is an exclusion. Immunotherapy is a specific allergic substance injected in small dosages to make the body immune. The tests are purely pathology. It is now with the resolutions department. Service is nowhere nearly prompt for illnesses, just routine care & vet visits. Further, reading the policy carefully & my baby being a bulldog...conditions specific to breeds are not covered, such as hip dyslexia. Sad to see them dodge my claim and honestly expect me not to know better? I will update my post when/if I get feedback from resolutions.
