POOR SERVICE
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have taken out a insurance for my puppy in November.</p> <p>In December the 17th and 23rd i have cancelled this policy as i dont have the puppy anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent numerous emails and spoke to numerous people. I was told on Thursday 12/01/2017 that i will receive an sms stating my policy is cancelled and that all the funds will be returned into my bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>On monday 16 January 2017 i phoned as i did not receive this sms where they said nothing was cancelled.</p> <p>Yesterday i phoned again and spoke to Kmelee Van Bamrig ref ********** 7 and she told still it hasnt been cancelled. She will get a broke to phone me in 30min.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 18th 11:57AM STILL no call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I needmy money back as this was cancelled before the first debit was taken.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>

okay so on the 18th of Jan Rochan bradburry phoned me promising me that the policy is canceled i also received an sms and that the funds will be back into my account in 5-7 working days.
today is the 30th of January no fund back into my account and another debit order was taken.
I would appreciate this money reflecting in my account latest wednesday as i am a single mother and have expenses to cover.
