POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE CONSULTANT!! TRISH

I have been with insurance for almost 2 years now and was thinking of moving my car insurance but TODAY all that changed.

When TRISH decided to drop the phone on my ear and I think she even placed me on loud speaker for her fellow mates to make funny/unprofessional comments. When i raised that with her she said they are not speaking to me.

I mentioned the issues am facing with they website but she was not even interested.

As a customer I should be asked how I would prefer my refund to be done!! But she told me its refunded to my insurance card. I must just make sure I consider the charges when I withdraw the funds.

When I requested the refund to be done directly to my account she told me. WELL YOU DID NOT STATE THAT ON THE EMAIL THAN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

WOW HOW PROFESSIONAL!!!!
