Policy Number ***

I am not a person of feeble promises, Mr Govender. I have had this policy since 2010. The 2nd time I have claimed, this became a mayor issue. When I went for an x-ray, unfortunately I made a mistake in loading this as pathology, instead of radiology ( how dare I be this stupid??), and like an idiot, I went and named this again as pathology when I submitted the proof of payment documents. BIG mistake. Now I get statements and sms's reminding me that I owe Oneplan money. I have sent various e-mails, called them, rep**** to the sms, and had promises made that this will be sorted out. This is just a complaint to show people that if you have *********** people doing a job they are not trained for, this is the irritation you will get.
