Oneplan has *********** stuff,I've done claims by sending them invoice from Dr with stamp on and medication that I was given,why I sent this kinda invoice is because they once wanted it and gave them,thinking this is what I have to give going forward, now it's been declined, 2 months now no phone call or whatsover,instead I receive the email that I receive even my claim was approved I did not take it as declined coz I know their system mull function at times...so now my child need to see Dr they tell me of an outstanding amounts...somebody must have decency and call me rather than keep quite,I took this plan coz I need it not just to boost your company finance or pay ur salaries... zanele.
