Policy increase without notice
One plan emails us today regarding increasing our policy with about R143 per month. This is the second increase in a matter of 4 months which is in total about a 35% increase all together. When contact the call centre we were informed we are a health risk... That's why the policy is increased with immediate effect. The debit order is going off tomorrow they give us a day notice... How does that work? This is the most pathetic service we have received from one plan the consultant even put the Phone down in my ear while I was still talking. I will be taking legal action against one plan if this is not sorted out. How can you increase a premium within 4 months of the first increase? And how can a one plan agent inform us we are a health risk for visiting the doctors about 4 times last year and a dentist visit once? This is utterly day light ******* and the biggest nonsense I've ever heard.
