Policy cancellation ripoff

Good Day,

I app**** for your policy last month and then after i got another job which has a medical paid by the company so i contacted you guys to cancel the policy since nothing has been received from you or no debit was ever paid on my side. i went to you site and had a chat with Mapaseka who told me that to cancel the policy i need to pay R100 cancellation fee and also that there is a months notice on cancellation and to think that the policy has not commenced or anything. this is a ******* as this was never mentioned to me in any form. i am very disappointed.policy number ********** 66
