Pointless insurer that games the facts of a claim to avoid a payout. Avoid at all costs.
Onepet is a pointless insurer. They blatantly game and ignore facts of a claim to avoid payouts. It is utterly ridiculous, and completely defeats the purpose of getting pet insurance as they will refuse to pay out completely legitimate claims.
I am hugely disappointed. Get your pet insurance elsewhere, OnePlan has no intention of paying out legitimate claims.
