Phiwe Fhumba assisted in getting me signed up. He called me at the precise time I requested him to call me back. He was helpful in answering all my questions. I had read reviews on Hello Peter before signing up and he gave me basically really great advice. I received an SMS about a debit on a Sunday afternoon which had incorrect details and upon sending a request for detail updates, I was swiftly assisted by Ntokozo Sokamisa - it’s Sunday and she still assisted me without any problems. Thank you for a brilliant team Oneplan - we don’t see enough of this on a Sunday afternoon in SA ❤️
