Phenomenal Service

I’ve had OnePlan Pet Insurance since 2019. I’ve never been let down with any of my smaller claims. The biggest test came with a large claim that needed to be made after my cat was hit by a car and miraculously survived with some head trauma and facial fractures. She spent a week going between the Florida Veterinary Hospital and the Johannesburg Specialist Veterinary Centre for numerous scans, procedures and surgeries. These fantastic veterinarians and their teams managed to perform the seemingly impossible and saved our kitty’s life. In a few weeks she’ll be her old self again. These miracles do come at a high price though. Thanks to OnePlan and the compassionate assistance received by Leeanne Fuhri, the claim was approved and the full amount was settled without us having to take a cent out of our pockets.
