I recently had the misfortune of having to put my dog sleep a day after signing up for Oneplan's pet insurance policy. When I emailed through my cancellation request, I wasn't receiving any feedback. I reached out on their whatsapp line for help and eventually got it all sorted out, very helpful and empathetic service. Even though I've cancelled my own policy due to not needing it anymore, I do recommend them from a good service standpoint.
