PET INSURANCE IS A ****!!!
They’ll cover all your small things like vet visits and medication. The moment your dog has an emergency they have all these excuses to not pay out. Their customer service is also absolutely useless- you'll wait days for a response and if something goes wrong they wonton inform you.

Kindly note that our Claims department was in contact with the policyholder. The claims received for Mashy have been finalized as a bank account refund. Kindly note that with regards to bank account refunds certain waiting periods are applicable due to the flow of business, therefore the standard turnaround time for bank refunds to reflect is between 7 - 14 workings or sooner depending on the banks.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly to all clients. We do have your fur-babies best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions.
