Paying for nothing

When you have a hospital plan but still go to a public hospital all because of a stupid system that says I owe a balance of R97.... Which paid like a month ago.... Am so disappointed at the operator who did not seem to care that I was sick and kept on telling that their system has not been updated...... So I have to pay cash and they refund me mind you they have not refunded me for medications I brought cash from my pocket. And now thank you to my stupid useless plan am stuck in a government hospital.... One plan should just refund me my money that I paid for no service so I can go look for better plan which is there for clients. Because One plan let me to die and they said was there is nothing we can do
