#payback my money!!!

On 27 January 2015 One Plan debited my monthly premium as well as an additional debit of R342.85.<br> I immediately queried this and was told that this was an incorrect debit and that a form would be send through to me for completion and the money would be refunded to me.<br> 6 Days after this debit I thought I better just cancel that debit instruction for future so that I don't have to struggle like this again.<br> Needless to say 18 days later and One Plan is coming up with every excuse in the book, not to refund my money. Alleging that the money was returned by my bank. I have sent them detailed transaction listings from my back which clearly indicates that no funds were reversed/returned/refunded.<br> I am sitting with my hands in my hair as I am not getting my money paid back!!!!<br> Nice to exploit clients money like this One Plan.
