Pathetically disguting service!!!!!!!
To say I am disgusted by the service I have received by One plan would be an understatement. I have been emailing them back and forth from the 4th of January 2023 with no proper response or feedback in terms of my pets medical aid. On the 20th I requested for the matter to be escalated and a manager to call me....today is the 23rd and there has been no response to my email nor call received. They are too quick to give the same generic responses to pay their money but no one actually takes the time to read the contents of the email. I have been with them from October 2019 and have never experienced such pathetic service. So quick to debit my account but they cannot even answer a simple question on email. I am canceling this policy and would advise people to rather consider another pet medical aid. One plan you are absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!
