PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ONE PLAN-MANAGER RODRIGUES -I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE
I am totally appalled with the pathetic service I received from ONE PLAN. I’ve been with them since 2012 and they have cancelled my plan without me knowing. No notification. I’ve now been told I need to pay a penalty after all these year with them. THE MANAGER RODRIGUES WAS NO HELP EXCEPT TO GET A SALE NOT CONSIDERING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE/EMPATHY .I WOULD LIKE THE CEO OF ONE PLAN TO CALL ME...................................
