24 Dec 2024, 15:34Dear Louisa,
Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
We are sorry to hear of the circumstances under which your Hellopeter posting has reached us and we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our policy terms and conditions, we require a final invoice in order to finalize the claim, unfortunately, a pro forma is a bill estimate and cannot be used to finalize the claim. Kindly note that clients have 4 months to submit outstanding claims for processing. Any claims submitted after four (4) months from the Insured Event will not be accepted. Please note that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all final claim invoices have been received by us.

We have various platforms that one can use to upload the invoices. Invoices can be sent to us via Whatsapp on *** or an email can be sent to *** or invoices can be uploaded via our Oneplan app.
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. The terms and conditions of the policy must be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients. We do have our client's best interests at heart, and we will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Please note we are governed by the FAIS Act and must apply the TCF policy to ensure all our clients receive fair service and cover.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope the above brings clarity on the matter.
Kind Regards,
Oneplan
