Pathetic service
Good day
Would you kindly assist as i signed up with one plan on the 22 August 2019 and my account was debited on the 25th August. Sales agent advised I will be debited on the 25th of September because my policy will kick off as from the 1st of September. I called your call center and they couldn't assist. Please cancel that policy because I'm still on cooling off period
