Pathetic service!!!!
PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS USELESS COMPANY!!! THEY DOUBLE DEBIT YOU, LIE THAT YOU WON'T BE CHARGED FOR THE ADMIN FEES, DONT BOTHER ORDERING YOUR CARD FOR INSURANCE USE AND YOU MUST WAIT ONE MORE MONTH TO RECEIVE IT!!!!

Thank you for taking our call earlier and allowing us to further discuss the matter at hand.
From the outset we sincerely apologize that your experience with Oneplan has not been a pleasant one and apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused, we will be dealing with this matter accordingly. We do take customer feedback seriously to improve our service and process to ensure that we meet our client’s expectations.
As per our telephonic conversation delivery of the Onecard takes up to 30 days after the first successful debit order. Upon investigation we discovered that the first debit order was collected on the 06/05/2022. The card is with the courier guy and should be delivered during the course of next week. We will request for the courier guy to contact you before delivery. The admin fee that was charged is a once off initiation fee for the Onecard. Please note that a refund will be processed in relation to your card fees
Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. Oneplan subscribes to its TCF principles and will take all reasonable steps to ensure fair and equal treatment of all our clients.
As per our conversation, we will revert to you with the relevant feedback.
