Pathetic service
<p>We were so excited getting insurance for our little one. We called Oneplan and they were so quick and helpful. Just to get our banking details...... After getting that they didnt even bother to get the address where they have to deliver the card to and DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SEND US THE POLICY but yes the premium already went off the 1st!! Everytime we call in all they say somebody will call you today.. No call, </p> <p>! And it is a week later!!!! FED-UP!! </p>

Please note that I have contacted Charl and he has informed me that the Onepet policy documents were recieved, we do apologise for the delay. He is just awaiting the Onepet card.
Kindly note that the Onepet card will be delivered within 30 days from the first successful debit order.
As per our discussion, please have a copy of your ID available when signing for the card.
