Pathetic service
My card expired and the deduction was made for the issuing of a new card. It has been about a year now and still no card despite numerous messages that the new card is on the way. They are quick to take your money but doesn't deliver. I am cancelling this policy immediately and will advise everyone to never join ONEPET!!!

May we ask that you please send an email to *** with your policy number and a delivery address where you will be available from Monday - Friday between 8:00 - 17:00 so that we can inform the couriers accordingly.
