pathetic service

I gave birth in September and up to now my in hospital claim from my gynae has not been paid yet. I have sent countless emails, called their call centre more than 30 times and every time I call they tell me they are going to make payment on the next Friday payment cycle, now it's more than 8 Fridays later and still my gynae has not been paid, my child is almost 3 months and u have not paid for her delivery, u only paid for the anaesthetic. Every time I follow up I get a new flipping reference number and the pple from universal are not helpful at all, I don't pay you 1850 for such pathetic service, I'm sick and tired of your excuses, who is going to reimburse the 500 plus I spent calling your useless call centre. I will be cancelling this stupid insurance, I don't need this stress evertime I claim. Pay my gynae his fee , what you are doing is breach of contract, I will not rest until my claim is processed, I'm going on twitter, Facebook and I will create multiple accounts to make sure no one else will fall victim to your ****s. I will stop my debit order and pay my doctor with that money. Your level of service is pathetic
