Pathetic health insurance
I am very shocked and disappointed with the atrocious service I received from Oneplan insurance, the reclaiming process is a joke, after calling them a trillion times they took weeks to send me an updated pin, and the customer service line is useless all they do is apologize without giving a substantial solution. I wouldn't advise anyone to sign up with them.
