Palesa - what a gem!
After a nightmare with my sign up and debit orders, Palesa Mabiletsa got in touch with me, took note of the different hiccups I had, and with one call sorted it all out. Palesa also followed up after the debit orders went off a few days later to confirm that all the challenges were resolved, and did all of the above with a great attitude and friendliness. Palesa is the reason I did not just cancel my entire policy. Thank you for the great service!
