<div>Over the years, OnePlan has always helped me well and more so in the recent year, their email responses are also good Yes there is that expected and unexpected delay in emails or requests via the app during a busy period especially with work from home challenges but the moment I do call, I get assisted on that same call Was helped by Shaldon Naidoo on Dec 01 with a Onecard query of which he assisted me quite well together with understanding my query and had also suggested to me how to better the experience of my elderly folks with regards to the Onecard</div>
