Over the weekend I had a very bad experience with the call centre
Over the weekend I had a very bad experience with the call centre. Rude and not helpful at all, HOWEVER this morning on the what's app chat I had the privilege of being connected to Rutenda Adelaide - She was so compassionate, helpful and friendly. Thank you for your great service! I appreciate you!
