Over the last week or so, the system at the Veterinary Hospital/clinic has changed and yet, Oneplan has really gone that extra mile to keep up with the changes to accomodate me
Over the last week or so, the system at the Veterinary Hospital/clinic has changed and yet, Oneplan has really gone that extra mile to keep up with the changes to accomodate me. Today I was assisted by Rutendo Adelaide on the OnePlan WhatsApp site. What a pleasure to get assistance so fast to get my pet claim processed & approved. I am very happy, however, they need to work on the ONEPLAN APP. Something is not right with that app.
