Outstanding staff member: KELLY
When one of your doggie's is diagnosed with bladder cancer, the last thing you want to hassle with is your pet insurance. A big shout out to KELLY VAN DER HAAR compassionate, understanding (whilst I cried), explaining the process to me. How long it will take until we receive approval for the chemo and scans required. I sincerely trust that Management appreciate and credit Kelly. She is a STAR!!!
