OUTSTANDING SERVICE - SMANGELE MCUNU

I would just like to give a compliment for Smangele Mcunu for her OUTSTANDING service. After struggling for 2 weeks to get a response from the Pet Claims division and numerous emails and phone calls to have this resolved, I called in on the 18th March to cancel my policy. Smagele asked me to explain why I was cancelling, listened to what I had experienced, didn't take anything personally and was very understanding of my frustration. Smagnele apologized and asked me to give her 15 mins to investigate. Within 15 mins she called me back as promised and had resolved my claims issue. Smangele literally saved Oneplan from losing me as a client. This is a true example of what customer service should always be!
